Our Regional Centers

We provide a highly flexible approach to RC management and project sponsorship. While we prefer to manage all aspects of the EB-5 process for our projects, we will also work side by side project sponsors and developers to ensure compliance of each investment into a qualifying project through an affiliate agreement. We seek to partner with experienced and proven professionals to develop commercial properties, with a particular interest in:

Florida First Regional Center, LLC is currently approved for the Miami-Dade/Broward/Palm Beach, Orlando and Tampa metropolitan statistical areas.

NEW YORK REGIONAL CENTER
Regional Center for NY-NJ-PA

The New York City EB-5, LLC regional center is currently approved by USCIS as a regional center under the EB-5 program to encompass the New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA MSA.
